The property, located in a prime location on the corner of New Bond Street and Brook Street, W1, underwent key redevelopment and refurbishment to become a flagship store for a major leader within the retail sector.
PIERRA’s external package of work included the stripping of the existing paintwork to the stucco/render, repairs and adaptations along with the redecoration of the facades.
Extensive repairs were carried out to the profiled sections and walls along with the cleaning and repairs to the rear elevation glazed brickwork and the infilling and reforming of the profiles of the cornice and window sections where openings where made within the Brook Street elevation for access from the goods hoist to the internal parts of the building.
PIERRA also designed, manufactured, supplied and fixed a new lightweight pre-cast balustrade to the roof perimeters of New Bond Street and Brook Street.
